I dont like this app. I want to cancel that but I cant. Someone help me

I hate being randomly logged out of my study account. I lose all of my saved books.

Very bad experience, you will not get a response unless you pay them more. They will keep you wait longer and ask for more money!!!

I just ordered my first book from Chegg. The order process was fast and convenient. It was budget-friendly and my book will come sooner than I thought.

So far chegg has been somewhat reliable. The only thing missing is split view. With an ipad pro productivity would skyrocket

Never had any issues until today however, I ordered the wrong book and spoke to Garret about returning the book I had to get the right one. He was super nice and helpful, he even emailed me a 15% off coupon!

The "send photo" option for help is the best. I love that I can continue working on other calculus problems and get a notification on my phone when the explanation/answer has been given!! It definitely helped me get through the class with an A.

The is pretty good but I dont understand why the textbooks that Ive selected for textbook solutions from logging in from a computer arent immediately listed in the app. Also, once I enter the textbook that Im seeking the solutions for from the app, the app doesnt save them for future reference. It would be really nice if those textbook solution choices would sync and be readily available across platforms. It asked me to review the app again and this is still the same issue. Apparently when they ask what I think of the app its a rhetorical question.

Paid $15 for a month. Invaluable resource. Incredible helpful, EVERY question is answered step by step. Cut down on my study time and I dont have to bother the hell out of the math lab tutors. Thank you Chegg! My book is CALCULUS WITH APPLICATIONS.

I was scammed of $405 out of my bank account I did end up getting my money back a week later after having to complain a lot.

Ok so theres a feature to post your questions from your hw and people will explain but I post some things and probably 45% of the questions I post the answers come back 100% wrong like not even close ... and all I can do is dislike it and say its incorrect and there IS A LIMIT Of QUESTIONS I can post every month I mean I pay 15$ a month for this and I end up getting help thats not right and a limit on the crappy help if I could post the questions that were wrong again and maybe a higher limit added (because my questions are specific) then I would use this app way more ..... good in theory , bad in execution ... maybe if your in high school this will help but once you start asking more than basic questions the "anonymous" ppl become useless... oh and the tuitors cost extra... have fun !!

Chegg Study is great when the question you have has already been answered! However, when you post a question, it says that it will be answered in a few hours. When my question finally was answered it was 49 hours later. 49 hours is not a few, so I was disappointed with the false advertising. Other than that, chegg Study is a great!! They are a very good tool for when your question is similar or the same as one that has already been asked!

The ability to access this info wherever I am had been priceless in my studies

Unable to log on to the app even though I am able to log on to the website. And I am unable to use my e-book, because of this. I have tried all of the trouble shooting tips and then some. I spoke to a Chegg customer service rep two months ago and there has not been any resolution. I have apple products not sure if this is just apple app problem or what. Really disappointing!

I have never had a problem when using Chegg. My books usually come before they are supposed to.
